Sizes small through xxx- large are printed on 5.5 ounce 100% combed and ring-spun cotton for an ultrasoft feel...they are side seamed.  Sizes xxxx and xxxxx are printed on Gildan 2000 6.1 ounce heavyweight cotton t-shirts.
