RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from RacingJunk.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY:
One must notify RacingJunk.com of a return within 10 days of receiving product. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the order processed date via a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified USPS mail to the appropriate address below, insuring product for its full purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges and may be responsible for the full purchase price if the product is lost in shipping or not returned within 30 days of original delivery. Open DVD's will not be accepted as returns if they are open unless, they are proven to be defective. Include a copy of the invoice with your returned items.

To request a return, please send a �Request of Return� email to orders@racingjunk.com or call our office at 1-866-326-9227 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. We will gladly expedite your return without delay.
DAMAGED:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at 1-866-326-9227 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Please have your order number available. RacingJunk.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our deep discounted �Hot Deals� category, quantities are usually limited and sell out fast. When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item on RacingJunk.com. By doing this, you will receive your new item faster and with a much better chance that they will be in stock.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are processed after we receive your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
